My name is Ruth, I started a blog called miss kaykrizz when I was a kid and it stuck!🤣

I did not get the flight attendant job in one try,

In fact it took me so many tries, many many struggles and tears.

But I learned through my pain and it has become an asset to know the many areas of recruitment that I failed in and turned that into a systematic process to success when I finally got my job as an international flight attendant.

Throughout my career I am most passionate about the flight attendant recruitment process. I was able to become an international cabin crew, wrote a book and built a step-by-step proven process on how to pass the interviews with flying colors in which I taught in webinars, in person seminars, 1-on-1 coaching  and online courses. I am excited to be able to share what I wish I knew before I started with you!
