Key Areas in answering this question:
- Consider the airline’s specific reputation.
- Make sure you do research about the airline: tagline and branding, to incorporate to your answer.
- Site the awards which the airline have won in their recent years of operations.

Sample Answer:
“I would love to work for Philippine Airlines because it will be a great honor to be working in such great company. I’ve heard that you have recently won the Most Improved Airline Awards and I would like to congratulate you on that and I would love to be part of a winning team that cares about it’s customers. I know that you do care about your customers because your tagline is “The Heart of the Filipino” and I am sure that I have all the qualities that will help you succeed in making sure that your customers patronise your airline among other competitors here in the Philippines and abroad. So given the research that I made about your company, I know that you actually really have rigorous process on how you select your cabin crew. I had make sure that I have acquired all these qualities while I was in school and while I was training in my current job right now. So I think and I believe that I will be an asset to your progressive airline should you give me a chance to work with you. Thank you.”
The sample answer is a guide to answer the question. With that, make sure to do your research and focus on the airline, not you on the benefits of a cabin crew.
