People thinks to be a flight attendant, you must be tall. Answers question like a beauty pageant.

Here I will share the application process steps to be a cabin crew based on my personal experiences.

  1. Meet the Basic Requirements- Bring your resume, pictures, and wear business attire.

The basic requirements to be a flight attendant  are the required height, weight - wherein your weight should be proportionate to your height, and your educational background. You must also first check the specific required height of the airline you’re applying for because it varies from one company to another. You don’t have to be really skinny or to have a model figure, but instead your weight is proportional to your height. Check you Body Mass Index (BMI) in Google to know your weight ratio based on your height.

In international airline companies, high school graduates can apply unlike for the local companies which have higher standards to college graduates. And airline companies set their preferred age and civil status in pooling applicants.

  1. Pass the Interview Process

In the interview process, there are 4 parts: impact interview, group discussion, written exam, and final interview. The result of your interview varies from immediate to 2 weeks. The duration will be 2 consecutive days for the Open Days which are usually held in hotel as a big event, and Regular Interview is usually set 2 dates from a month or more waiting time.
