My favorite perk is the free tickets to all destinations of PAL Express. FOC or the Free of Charge tickets, a form to fill-up to get this perk. 10 tickets, all we need to pay is taxes and airport fees, Php70-100 and Php200 per way respectively. These tickets can be transferred to your parents, sisters, and brothers as long as you registered in your HR. Though you have free tickets, you’ll need to wait for free seats because the priority is still the paying customer and seniority of waiting period of others, or other settings.
Another perk is the industrial discount which is given to people who work in hotel, aviation, etc. All you need to do is to present your ID for spa, massage, or sauna. A perfect way to pamper myself every payday. Also, other companies can allow you to get along with your parents or family as well on this.

As an international flight attendant, another perk is that you’ll have a free round trip ticket to your home country, 90-10 wherein for example the cost is Php60,000 - you’ll just need to pay 6,000 plus taxes.
Then, some international airline companies get partnership and uses connection wherein their flight attendants can enjoy to destinations they flight in through stand-by tickets, subject to its availability.
An international flight attendant has 40 days of paid leave per year. Christmas vacation is for bidding to be fair with everyone. Also, free housing as working in other countries. The company also pay for the utilities with limitations and the house is fully furnished. Plus free transportation via bus system wherein they’ll pick you up and drop you on your house based on your flight schedule.
Indeed, the perks of a flight attendant further add colors to their lives through travel, leisure, and fun exclusively for airline companies.
