SAUDIA Airlines Open Day Interview Tips

In here, interview tips and tricks that I would like to share based on my experience in applying for SAUDIA Airlines.

Interview Process. SAUDIA Airlines hire through Industrial Personnel and Management Services, Inc. (IPAMS), an agency to help, guide, and assist you in applying as a flight attendant. Good thing, IPAMS have no processing or placement fees.

Step 1: IPAMS Screening

There would be the initial interview and group interview, then wait for the email for final interview invitation. The first thing they do is to check your height and weight through Body Mass Index (BMI) chart. For initial interview, you have to be ready for questions about the airline company and Saudi. For group interview, they asked me to stand in front of everyone and tell things about me - Who am I?, What is my edge over the other applicants, What is my experience? And others. After which, you’ll have to their email.

Step 2: The Final Interview

Expect that there would be a lot of people, so make sure you are in your proper grooming, outfit, and posture. Keep in mind to wear long skirts that can cover your knees because Saudi Airlines is a very conservation company.

What to do? To check again your BMI, catwalk, and 5-10 minute one-on-one interview with Saudi staffs. Please follow directions when you do the catwalk. During the interview, make sure you in grace in pressure. There would be 4-5 people in the panel, all their attention is on you.

Step 3: Medical Exams

After you passed your final interview, the last thing is to pass your medical exams.

Interview Tips. Having these information in mind, here are my personal tips in applying for Saudia Airlines for you:
