  1. Personalize. You have to search the company. Then on your cover letter, write the CEO name, and address. (Trivia) The thing is, the hiring manager only read your resume for 6 seconds.

  1. Use Action Words. Describe your experience from your previous job or your skills, e.g your role is to helped and greet passengers. You can turn it into - assisted passengers and instructed them on safety measures.

  1. Match you skillset.Everything you’ve wrote in the resume should match the role of the flight attendant and skillset in safety cautions, excellent customer service, and amenable communication skills. Do not include irrelevant information, such as you hold the title of eating a burger in 1 minute. And instead, put related stuffs like you’re part of the debate team and you won essay writing contest. These shows you’re both great in written and oral communication skills unlike the first example given.

  1. Use transferable skills. Your previous job lets you have the experience factor, now what skills can you apply from that in becoming a flight attendant? Can you use it to your resume to match the flight attendant job? Yes, you just have to be creative in using and relating that skills as a flight attendant. For example, I used to be a call center agent. With that, my communication skills is a plus because with my experience I learn customer service. Even though, there are of different industries, still customer service works for each. So, I put it on my resume.

  1. Use examples. If you say that you are a team leader, team player, or team captain; site examples. Like, I can make an example of me being a team player in our swimming team. When your site examples, it will sound more convincing to prove that you are much better candidate that others.

I hope these resume tips can help you in creating and building your CV more informative and fit for the job as a flight attendant. Always remember is to set it based on what airlines would to see on your resume to match the skills required for the flight attendant job.
