Note: Let the back of your knee touch the edge of the seat. This is how you determine that you can now seat without looking down at the seat behind you.

- Hunched back
- Hyperactive walk
- Too relaxed/ leaning back on the chair
- Too sexy
- Too fidgety/ tapping of feet
- Too much hand movements/ declamation hands
